1 package dry yest (3/4 oz.)
1 to 1 1/4 C. warm milk
3 eggs beaten
3 T. sugar
1 t. salt
3 1/2 C. flour
6 oz. butter room temp
1/2 lb melted butter (2 sticks)

In a bowl mix yeast w/part of the milk until it dissolves. Add 2 eggs and beat, then mix in dry ingredients. Add remaining milk a littel at a time and mix thoroughly. Cut in butter until blended.
Knead again and let rise for 40 mins. roll dough out on floured board and shape into log. Cut log into 28 pieces of eaqual size and shape each into a ball. Roll in melted butter and place into 1 of 2 ring molds (14 balls in each mold, 2-layes of 7 in each)
