     Oyster Sauce Chicken

Ingredients
1 clove garlic minced
3 T. shoyu
3 T. sugar
2 T. oyster sauce
1 piece ginger minced
4-5 lbs chicken
1 t. salt
2 T. sherry
1 C Bisquick (batter)
 
1 egg (batter)
1 C H20 (batter)
1/3 C cornstarch (batter)

Instructions
Marinate chicken in all ingredients for 12 hours (except those for the batter)
Dip chicken in batter and fry at 350 degrees
