     Sushi Rice

Ingredients
4 C sushi rice
4 C water (remove 4 T.) 1 T. per C. of rice
Sushi Su- (Seasoning for rice)
, 4 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
. MSG optional.
1/2 cup rice vinegar
 

Instructions
Cook rice in rice cooker. Leave covered for additional 20 minutes after rice is cooked.
Mix ingredients for Su until all dissolved
While rice is hot transfer into a large mixing bowl.Pour 1 C. seasoning for sushi (see seasoning for sushi rice recipe)while rice is still hot.
