Tuna - 1/2 can drained, brown sugar, soyu, heat in pan. On the sweet side
Kompyo - soak in water. cook add 4 T sugar, 2 t. salt, 3 t. soyu, aji.
Carrots - cut lengthwise strips, 1 C water, 2 T. sugar, 1 t. salt, 1/2 tsp aji, cook til tender.
Watercress - boil til limp
Eggs - scramble and fry like flat thin omlette, cut into strips
