1 - 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained and blotted with paper towels
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
4 eggs - beaten
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Spread one package Crescent rolls on the bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Layer in order- salami, swiss, provolone, pepperoni, ham. Place roasted red peppers on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
Pour beaten eggs on top of ingredients (reserve a small amount).
Cover with second package of Crescent rolls, brush with remaining egg.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes covered with foil. Uncover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer.
