     Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
1 3/4 C Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tbls Sugar
2 C Buttermilk
2 Eggs - Seperated
1 tsp Vanilla
Nutmeg
2 Tbls Melted Butter
 
Instructions
Blend all dry iingredients in large bowl
Add buttermilk, vanilla, egg yolks, and melted butter.
Whip egg whites and fold them into the batter last. Cook at medium heat until golden brown.
