     Pork Chop and Potato Bake

Ingredients
6 Pork Chops
1 can mushroom or celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pk. (24oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
1c. shredded cheddar cheese
1can French fried onions
 

Instructions
Brown pork chops in olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
Combine soup, milk, sour cream. Stir in potatoes, 1/2c. cheese and 1/2 can onions. Spoon mixture in a 9x13 pan. Arrange pork chops over potato mixture.
Bake, covered, 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 more minutes.
Note- Can bake 3 potatoes in microwave, shred potatoes and use instead of hash browns.
