     Mom's Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients
6 pks Martha White Corn Bread mix made as directed
1 bunch of celery chopped
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 small white onion chopped
2 bell peppers
2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cans of Chicken broth or the broth of a fresh hen
6 boiled eggs chopped
 
1/2 bunch parsley chopped

Instructions
Put 1 stick of butter in large skillet on stove and cook veggies down til tender. In a very large bowl, crumble up corn bread and add soup, broth, veggies, oregano, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste and a little water and the eggs. Mix everything together and put in large baking pans. Make sure it is nice and moist, if not, add more broth or water. Put some bacon strips over the top and bake on 350 degree oven til brown or bubbly around edges.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Turkey or Baked Chicken and Cranberry Sauce!
