     Mardi Gras Shrimp Dish

Ingredients
1-2 lbs fresh shrimp (hulled, deveined)
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped yellow bell pepper
1 chopped medium purple onion
1 clove of Garlic minced
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Cajun Seasoning
Angel Hair Pasta for 4-6 people
 

Instructions
Cook Angel Hair Pasta in pot of boiling, salted water as directed for 4-6 people. Cook to tender then drain. Add a little Olive oil to pasta, toss.
While pasta is cooking, pour a little Olive oil in a non stick skillet and cook over medium high heat. Put chopped veggies and garlic in skillet, stir for a few minutes, then add shrimp. Cook until pink. Add salt, pepper and cajun seasoning. Combine all of this with the pasta and then sprinkle a little Paprika on top for color.
Serving Suggestions
Great with a loaf of French Bread and bottle of wine.
