     Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 Can Angel Flake Coconut
3 cups milk
3 whole eggs
2 cups Sugar
3 TBL Cornstarch
1/2 Stick Butter
1/4 Tsp Salt
1Tsp Vanilla
1 large baked pie shell or 2 small .
 
Topping- 1 Package of Dream whip
1 cup Whipping cream
1/2 to 3/4 package of frozen coconut on top of this.

Instructions
Pour 2 cups milk in saucepan, add sugar and salt. Beat eggs with hand mixer. Add starch which has been blended in 1 cup milk. Bring milk-sugar misture to boil and slowly add egg mixture. When mixture is the texture of mayonaise, add butter and stir until melted. Add coconut and vanilla and mix. Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
Topping- Mix 1 package of dreamwhip into 1 cup of whipping cream and mix until stiff. Put topping onto chilled pie and put about 1/2 to 3/4 package of frozen coconut on the top of this.
