In small bowl, combine milk and salt. In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and thyme. Dip fish into milk, then press into crumb mixture to coat. Place fish in glass baking dish, drizzle with melted butter.
Bake on top rack of preheated oven until fish flakes easily, about 15 minutes.
