Brown beef with chopped onion, garlic, and drain fat. In a skillet mix beef, Prego, tomato paste, 1 can of water, and oregano. Cook on low heat.
Cook noodles (approximately 12 minutes). Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add cottage cheese to tomato mixture. Lay in pan beginning with sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and noodles. Repeat, ending with cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes.
