     White Mountain Frosting

Ingredients
2 large egg whites
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. water
1 t. vanilla or 1/2t. almond flavoring
 

Instructions
Boil corn syrup, sugar and water in microwave until a thread forms when dropped from a spoon about 4-8 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Pour sugar mixture in a thin stream while beating the stiff egg whites. Beat several minutes. Add flavoring.
Serving Suggestions
Good for Lady Baltimore cake or other birthday cake
