For dressing mix in blender- 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 T
vinegar, 2 T sugar. Pour over salad when ready to
serve or serve on the side.
Topping- 1/2 c. sliced almonds, 1 T. sugar, and 1
T. water. Cool until lightly browned in the
microwave. Mix 1/2 with salad greens and top with
other 1/2.
