     Crab Dip

Ingredients
1 lb. crab meat
2 packages cream cheese
4 Tb. salad dressing (i.e. mayo)
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
1 Tb. Old Bay seasoning
1 large shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except crab meat and 1/2 of the shredded cheese in a large sauce pan on low heat. Stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and add crab meat. Pour mixture in casserole dish and sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Microwave 4 minutes on high or bake in oven at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
