     Baked Stuffed French Toast with Apples

Ingredients
4 tblsp. butter
1/2 brown sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
4 tsp cinnamon
8 slices Peppridge Farms Bown Sugar Cinnamon Bread
Filling-
1/2 cup cream cheese
 
1/4 cup brown sugar
Topping-
can of apple pie filling

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in the bottom of pan; mix 1/2 brown sugar into butter.
Beat eggs, milk, cinnamon together. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, let the pieces soak up as much egg mixture as possible. Layter 4 slices on bottom of pan.
Mix cream cheese and brown sugar together, spread a spoon full over each slice. Top w/ remaining 4 slices of bread dipped in egg mixture.
Bake 20 min. Flip stacks over, bake another 20 minutes. Warm apple pie filling and top over toast.
