Use a food processor or blender to grind onion, celery and water. Combine this juice with the bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, butter, egg and salt. Mix thoroughly with sausage. Bake in a roasting pan about an hour at 350 degrees.
Combine cooked stuffing with a can of corn and cream of chicken soup. Stir in shredded chicken or turkey. Top with mashed potatoes and cheese.
