     Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
3 Tbsp olive oil
Italian flat-leaf parsley
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
salt
pepper
 

Instructions
Cut cauliflower into florets, removing leaves and toughest part of stem. Put in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and minced garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and set oven to broil. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Broil for 5 minutes.
