Bring to a boil butter, cocoa and 1 c. water; remove
from the stove.
Mix together with electric mixer the flour, soda and
salt. Add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla.
Add butter-cocoa mixture and beat for 1 minute.
Frosting- In saucepan, bring to a boil- 1/4 c.
butter, 3 T. cocoa, and 3 T. buttermilk.
Remove from heat; add- 2 1/4 c. powdered sugar and
1/2 t. vanilla. Beat until smooth- 3/4 cups nuts.
