     Chocolate Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 t. soda
1/4 t. salt
1 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 t vanilla
 
1 recipe chocolate-buttermilk frosting

Instructions
Bring to a boil butter, cocoa and 1 c. water; remove from the stove. Mix together with electric mixer the flour, soda and salt. Add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Add butter-cocoa mixture and beat for 1 minute.
Pour into a greased jelly roll pan and bake for 25 minutes for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting- In saucepan, bring to a boil- 1/4 c. butter, 3 T. cocoa, and 3 T. buttermilk. Remove from heat; add- 2 1/4 c. powdered sugar and 1/2 t. vanilla. Beat until smooth- 3/4 cups nuts.
Pour warm frosting over warm cake.
