Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin, sugar, eggs, water, applesauce, 1 tsp of the cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into a greased 10-inch fluted tube pan (bundt pan).
Bake for 65-75 minutes (less if your baking pan is dark) or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to a baking rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl, combine the confectioners sugar, remaining cinnamon, vanilla and enough milk to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over cake.
