Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
2 stick butter (room temperature)
1 cup sour cream
 
Instructions
Mix flour and butter; add sour cream and mix well. Place spoonfuls into greased mini-muffin pan and bake at 400 for 8-10 min until golden brown.
(Recipe can be halved)
