|
peel core and slice thinly 8 medium apples.
|
|
|
|
combine the water and sugar in a large pan and bring to a boil.add thinly sliced apples to sauce pan cover with lid and reduce heat to low.
|
|
|
|
cook over low heat for 8 minutes or until apples are tender stirring occasionally.
|
|
|
|
when apples are tender, mash with a masher until apples sauce is chunky. add a liitle cinnamon (and taste)until you have the favor you desire.
