     Tacos in Pasta Shells

Ingredients
12 oz dried jumbo shell pasta
2 16 oz jars salsa
2 1/2 lbs ground beef
6 oz cream cheese, cut up
2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
chopped tomatoes (optional)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package, drain. Rinse with cold water, drain again.
Divide about 1 cup salsa between two ungreased 2-quart rectangular baking dishes, spread evenly.
In large skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until brown. Drain fat. Stir in cream cheese and chili powder.
Spoon meat mixture into cooked pasta shells. Arrange filled shells on top of salsa. Top with remaining salsa. Bake uncovered, about 15 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 15 more min until heated through. Top with tomato if desired.
