Warm crusts to room temperature for easier handling. Spray a pizza pan with non-stick spray. Place one crust on the pan, gently pressing the dough to the edges.

Place apple pie filling in bowl and using a knife, cut slices into smaller, bite size pieces. Spread the pie filling on the crust. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and sugar to taste. Plop butter liberally around on top of apples.

Place remaining crust on top and gently spread to edges of pizza pan. Crimp crust together and prick the top of the crust with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Remove and let cool completely.

Mix powdered sugar and milk into a thick icing. Drizzle over the top of the flat pie as desired. Slice carefully with pizza cutter and serve.
