1 (30 oz) package frozen hash browns
|
|
2 c cubed Velveeta cheese
|
|
1/2 c cubed cheddar cheese
|
|
1 medium onion, diced
|
|
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
|
|
1 large sour cream
|
|
1 stick of melted butter - 2 Tbsp
|
|
2 c corn flakes
|
|

|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Mix above ingredients (except corn flakes).
|
|
|
Take 2 cups corn flakes, crush and mix with 2 Tbsp butter.
|
|
|
Place potato mix in a greased 13x9 inch pan and top with crumbs.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
