4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (I cut them into pieces)
1 sm jar apricot preserves (low-sugar if available)
1 package dry onion soup mix
8-oz bottle Russian dressing

Pat chicken pieces dry and place in 9x13-inch baking pan.
Cover pieces with apricot preserves, then sprinkle on soup mix and cover with Russian dressing.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over brown rice.
