     Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
2 c shredded rotisserie chicken breast
1/3 c barbeque sauce
1 package pizza dough
3 plum tomatoes, sliced
1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 450. Roll out dough and place on cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, mix chicken and barbeque sauce. Spread chicken mixture over crust. Arrange tomatoes over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Sprinkle with cilantro.
