In medium bowl, combine eggs, ricotta, mozzarella, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
Spoon approximately 1 Tbsp of mixture into each cooked shell.
Arrange in 13x9 inch glass baking dish, top with sauce, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
