2 eggs, beaten

15-oz container Ricotta cheese
|

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
|

1 cup grated parmesan, divided
|

1/2 cup chopped chives
|

1/2 Tbsp salt or garlic salt
|

1/8 tsp pepper
|
|
12-oz package jumbo shells, cooked and drained
|

3 cups sauce
|

Instructions |

|
In medium bowl, combine eggs, ricotta, mozzarella, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, chives, salt and pepper.

Spoon approximately 1 Tbsp of mixture into each cooked shell.
|
|
|
Arrange in 13x9 inch glass baking dish, top with sauce, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
|
|
|
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
