     Bayview Yacht Club Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 large cans cream of tomato soup
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 quart half and half
1/2 stick butter
3/4 cup finely diced onion
3/4 cup finely diced celery
1 tbsp seasoned salt
 

Instructions
Melt butter in pan. Add celery and onions and cook until soft.
Add tomato soup, tomatoes, seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp. black pepper. Cook for 30 minutes.
Add half and half and cook for an additional thirty minutes on low heat. Do not boil.
Puree soup with an immersion blender.
