Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 large eggs
1 can pure pumpkin
1 12oz can evaporated milk
unbaked pie crust
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin. Add sugar, salt and spice. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into 9 inch deep dish crust or 2 8 inch shallow crusts.
Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and continue baking for 40-50 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with whipped cream.
