     Bow Ties with Tomatoes, Feta, and Balsamic Dressin

Ingredients
6-oz uncooked farfalle
2 c grape tomatoes, halved
1 c seedless green grapes, halved
1/3 c fresh basil, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp shallots, chopped
2 tsp capers
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
 
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 tsp olive oil
4-oz reduced-fat crumbled feta

Instructions
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to chill. Combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, grapes, and basil in large bowl.
While pasta cooks, combine vinegar and next 6 ingredients (through pepper) in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Drizzle vinegarette over pasta mixture; toss well to coat. Add cheese; toss to combine.
Serving Suggestions
Good cold as a salad or also hot as a main dish.
