3 lbs chicken thighs boiled, and de-boned- Reserve water.
|
|
1/2 tsp garlic salt
|
|
1/2 cup onion chopped
|
|
3 carrots chopped
|
|
4 cellery stalks chopped
|
|
4 chicken bullion cubes
|
|
1 package wide egg noodles
|
|
salt, pepper and garlic to taste
|

Instructions |
|
|
Boil chicken for aprox 45 min. Remove chicken from water and cool. De-bone chicken and cut in small chunks. Reserve liquid.
|

Add the next 5 ingredients to chicken stock water and boil until vegetables are tender. Aprox 20 min.
|
|
|
Add chicken to vegetable/water mixture and bring to boil. Add noodles and boil 10 min more.
