     Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
1 lrg onion
1 tsp garlic pwd or 1 garlic clove chopped
3Tbs marg
1 lb mushrooms chopped
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cubs beef broth
1 beef bullion
1tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
 

Instructions
Saute onion and garlic pwd or garlic clove in butter until soft. Reduce heat and add mushrooms and cook until tender. Add cream, broth, bullion salt and pepper and cook over low heat until heated through. Top with parmasean cheese.
