     Fruit and Oat Scones

Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour
1 c rolled oats
1/4 c honey
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 c butter (or rice oil)
1/2 c diced mixed fruit (dried cranberries are awesome)
1/2 c milk
1 T sugar
 
1/8 t cinnamon

Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Combine first 5 ingredients. Cut in butter. Stir in fruit and milk until moist, but not sticky. Knead 8-10 times, roll on pizza stone 1/2 inch thick. Cut with pizza cutter into 12 wedges. Separate slightly. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 15-17 minutes. Serve warm.
