     Potato Minestrone

Ingredients
2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, rinsed
(15 oz) can garbanzo beans
1 (14.5 oz) can beef broth
2 c frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
1 tbl dried minced onion
1 tbl dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 (10 oz) pkg frzn chp spinach
2 c frozen peas and carrots

Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine the first 13 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in the spinach, peas and carrots; heat thorough.
