     Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients
3 slices bacon
1 garlic clove
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can chicken (9.75 oz)
1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn
I can cream of potatoe soup
1 pint half & half
Cayenne pepper to taste (I use about 1 T)
 

Instructions
In large saucepan, cooke bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and excess grease from pan. Add onion nad garlic and saute on low heat until tender. Break bacon into small pieces and add back to onion/garlic mixture.
Mix together both cans of corn, cream of potatoe soup, chicken and half & half. Add to the saucepan. Add cayenne pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring regularly to keep soup from boiling or scorcing. Cook until heated thoroughly and soup just begins to thicken.
