     Zucchini Cake w/Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1.2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. vegetable oil
4 3ggs
2 c. shredded zucchini
 
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Frosting-
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda) in a mixing bowl. Add oil, eggs, and mix well. Add zucchini and walnuts; stir well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
Cool cake. Mix frosting- Beat cream cheese, butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Spread on cake Sprinkle with additional nuts
