     Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can/jar (15 oz each) tomato sauce
1/2 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 tbsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
 
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions
In 12-inch skillet cook onions in olive oil until they become translucent. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Next add the turkey, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Wait for the sauce to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve over Shirataki noodles. Enjoy!
