     Crawfish Vermicelli

Ingredients
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 small pkg. vermicelli
1 can mushrooms
3 Tablespoons white wine
1/2 stick butter or margarine
4 Tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
Italian Seasoning
Salt
 
Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Parslety Flakes
Instructions
Saute garlic, butter in oil. Add crawfish, mushrooms, wine and seasonings.
Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Serve over vermicelli.
Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan.
