Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
1 t. Salt
2/3 Cup - 2 heaping T. Crisco
2 T. Water
Milk
Sugar
 

Instructions
Mix together flour and salt. Cut in crisco. Add water and work into ball. Divide in half, roll out on lightly floured surface. Cut slits in top crust. Brush with milk. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake according to recipe.
Variation- One-Crust Pie Use half of above recipe. Prick all over pastry with fork in pie pan. Bake at 475 degrees for about 8 minutes.
Variation- Cinnamon Treats Use left-over dough or make extra dough to roll out and prepare as for a one crust pie. Before baking, prick pastry with fork and cut into wedges. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. Bake same as one crust pie.
