Ingredients
1/4 Cup Milk (or water)
2 Tsp. Onions
1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Salt
1 lb. Ground Turkey
Olive Oil
Optional Garlic Powder
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients in bowl. With damp hands, pinch off about 2 tsp of meat and shape.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large nonstick skillet on high heat, but not smoking. Add meatballs and brown on all sides.
Reduce heat to low and cook through for another 10 minutes. Transfer to plate and add more oil for next batch.
