     Taco Dip

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   Gameday-Tailgate
Servings   5-15
Preptime   10 mins

Ingredients
1-31oz can of Old El Paso traditional refried beans
1-24oz container Breakstone's sour cream
1 1/2 packets of Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
Diced Tomatoes (optional)
Shredded Lettuce
Around 12oz of shredded cheese (mild cheddar or mexican)
Sliced black Olives (optional)
Your choice of corn chips

Instructions
In a 9 x 12 pan spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom. You can make it as think or as thin as you like. Usually the 31oz is a great amount.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning. Then spread it over the refried beans. Again you can be the judge on how think or thin it should be. Just remember the thicker the layers, the deeper the pan you will need to use!
Then you can choose your toppings such as diced tomatoes and sliced black olives. Just put a layer down on top of the sour cream mix and again you can judge how much you want to use!
Just add the shredded lettuce and then the cheese and that's it!
Serving Suggestions
You can serve right away or serve after 30-60 mins in the fridge. Don't forget the chips and enjoy!
