Ingredients

	1 1/4 cups semi sweet chocolate
	3/4 Tablespoon light corn syrup
	3/4 cup heavy cream


Instructions


Bring cream to a boil over medium heat. Remove. Add chocolate and corn syrup. Stir until smooth.


If ganache is too runny let it cool for a few minutes.
