     Mom's Banana Bread

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 1/4 cups frozen bananas, thawed, drained, mashed. Reserve liquid.
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sour milk
1/4 cup reserved juice from thawed bananas
1 Tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 2-9 inch loaf pans or six mini loaf pans. Cream butter and sugar. Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla.
Mix together dry ingredients and add alternately with sour milk and molasses. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased bread pans. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
