     Cream Puffs or E'Clairs

Ingredients
PATE A CHOUX
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
FILLING
your favorite pudding
 
TOPPING
1 oz unsweetened chocolate or 3 Tbls cocoa plus 1 Tbls shortening
1 tsp butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 Tablespoons hot water

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Bring water and butter to boil in large saucepan. Stir in flour. Reduce heat. Stir over low heat until ball forms. Add eggs all at once. Beat until smooth. Form dough into puffs or eclairs. Bake for 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden. Cool away from draft.
Cut tops off and clean out the centers. Fill with pudding.
To make topping- Melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat. Add sugar and water. Beat until spreadable. Top your puff or eclair.
Super easy! Impress your friends with this fancy treat.
