     Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 1/4 ) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes/green chilies, undrained
1 jar (7 1/2 oz) roasted red peppers, drained and diced
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
4 green onions finely chopped
2/3 cup minced fresh cilantro or parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
 
1/3 cup orange juice
1 teas,ground cumin
1 teas, grated orange peel
1/8 teas. coarsely ground pepper
Tortilla Chips

Instructions
Hear is the fun part. Put all ingredients except chips in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. Serve with tortilla chips. great at parties and picnics.
