     Shelley Mitchell Boehnlein's Sandwich Appetizers

Ingredients
1 pkg King's Hawaiian rolls, split
Horse Radish Mayonnaise
Ham Slices
Cheese Slices
Brown Sugar
Sweet Onions, carmelized
Poppy Seeds
Worcestershire Sauce
Spicy brown mustard
 
Garlic Powder
Parsley

Instructions
Spread Hawaiian Rolls with horseradish Mayonnaise. Place a slice of ham and a cheese slice on each and cover with top of roll. Place rolls in a 9X13 pan. Make a sauce of Brown Sugar, carmelized onions, poppy seeds, worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder and parsley. Pour over sandwiches and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Shelley serves this tailgaiting with mimosas and sangria.
