     Pistachio Chili Bark

Ingredients
2 cups chopped roasted pistachios
1/2 tsp groundCayenne or Ancho chili oil
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
12 ounces white chocolate
green food coloring, optional
 

Instructions
Prepare baking pan by lining it with foil. Spray foil with Pam. Melt Chocolate and add cayenne or chili oil. Spread evenly on foil and refrigerate until firm. Melt white chocolate and stir in food coloring and 1 1/2 cups pistachios. Pour over chocolate in pan. Press remaining nuts over all. Refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces.
