Begin by combining milk and vinegar, set aside for 5 minutes. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk the egg and butter into the soured milk. Pour the flour into the wet mixture and whisk until the lumps are gone.
Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook until browned on the other side.
