     Lemon Poppyseed Cake

Ingredients
1-1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon poppyseeds
2-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons lemon juice
 
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
Instructions
preheat oven to 350F. butter 8x12 pan. beat milk, lemon juice, vanilla and egg in small bowl
whisk dry ingredients together into medium bowl
stir wet ingredients into flour mixture and mix until just blended
bake 35 minutes
